We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

At Avinao, we break the codes.

Unlike our competitors, our suppliers (craftsmen and small producers) set a price for us and set the price for their customers.

At Avinao, we reduce our margins so that the supplier keeps a fair price for himself and the final price is also fair for you.

That's why we have so many crossed out prices. This is the price that the brand applies to these customers.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To inquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

Standard shipping normally takes 48 hours in France and 4 to 7 days internationally.

Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders within France (for an additional fee).

International shipping times depend on products and destination (estimated at checkout).

We work on a tight schedule to respect the planet and limit our impact on the environment.
For some products made to order, delivery times may be longer. Information on these delivery times is indicated on the product sheets.

Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase or your product was on sale or had a promotion, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, be unworn/unused, have all tags still attached, and include all original packaging to request a refund.

In some cases, partial reimbursement can be made directly to your bank account or via purchase bans or loyalty points that you can convert later.

Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of the item(s).

This is the name given to your loyalty points.

For each order you get Naovis. 1€ spent = 1 point.

For products in the New Arrivals of the Week collection, these points are tripled.

You can also get extra points by performing actions.
