Fuet with chili peppers, a 100% French dry sausage
If the fuet is of Catalan origin and the peppers are rather exotic, our artisans appropriate these products to provide you with quality French charcuterie. We select top-quality pork from responsible farms located in our regions. Our products are also labeled "French Pork", with animals born, cared for and processed in France.
We only use the noble parts of the pig to make our sausages and dry sausages. You will notice in our products this good marbled taste of quality meat.
Artisanal know-how that favors naturalness
With local products and an artisanal manufacturing method, we offer a fuet with peppers with a unique flavor and no coloring.
Our generous and balanced recipe is made up of 80% lean meat and 20% fat when cooked. Each piece is perfectly prepared, so that the lean-fat balance is clearly visible from the first slices: enough to whet your appetite at first glance.
Our fuet with chili peppers is stuffed into natural casings, so you can eat the skin without any questions. Finally, the attachment with linen thread is another testament to the artisanal process.
The fuet is then coated with a layer of red peppers which gives it such a pleasant spiciness! After a gentle steaming and slow drying in natural air, our fuet with peppers is ready to be delivered.
Tasting fuet with chilli peppers: advice from our master butchers
Choose a good knife without teeth and take care to sharpen it well. Cut slices of about half a centimeter and enjoy: this is the best way to appreciate the taste of an authentic fuet with peppers.
As an aperitif, you can also serve it with other less spicy cold meats to vary the pleasures. Or, why not olives and bread to get into the Spanish tapa spirit.
